Hollie Wakelyn, PharmD, BCACP, MSCP
Pharmacist
Dr. Hollie Wakelyn is a Board Certified Ambulatory Care Pharmacist with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and 25 years of diverse experience in pharmacy. She is also a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner.
As a retired U.S. Navy and U.S. Public Health Service Officer, she has spent over 20 years working in global health and disaster response. Her clinical background includes community, hospital, military, public health, and managed care settings.
Hollie launched Menopause Pharmacist LLC in 2024. Her specialized business aims to educate both women and clinicians about the various medications used during midlife.

Stephanie magill, MS, RDN, CD, FAND
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
Stephanie Magill is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in optimizing nutrition for aging, midlife transitions, and sports performance.
With a Masters degree in Nutrition and over 24 years of experience, she has worked across community, public health, clinical care, and private practice.
Passionate about empowering women in midlife, Stephanie provides science-backed strategies to navigate aging with confidence and vitality.
Through her work, she helps women cut through the confusion surrounding nutrition offering practical guidance to feel well fueled, strong, capable, and in control of their health.

Meryl Dempsey, DPT
Physical Therapist
Meryl Dempsey is a dedicated Physical Therapist, with a Doctor of PT Degree (University of Washington) and certification in pelvic floor therapy.
She has a holistic, movement-based approach to care and recovery through her expert training through the Postural Restoration Institute (PRI).
She is passionate about women’s health, supporting women through postpartum recovery, perimenopause, and postmenopausal wellness.
Meryl treats common perimenopause and menopause conditions such as Pelvic Organ Prolapse and Genitourinary Syndrome of Menopause (GSM), frozen shoulder, and plantar fasciitis.

Erin Richardson, MD
Family Physician
Dr. Erin Richardson is a Board-certified Family Physician dedicated to partnering with patients on their health and wellness journeys. Since completing her residency at the University of Washington in 2010, she has provided compassionate primary care throughout the Seattle area.
With a special focus on women’s health and wellness, Erin brings particular expertise to menopause and midlife transitions. She combines her passion for fitness, nutrition, and disease prevention to educate and support women as they navigate the aging process.
When not caring for patients, Erin nurtures her own wellbeing by enjoying time with family and friends, cooking nutritious meals, and exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest outdoors.
